29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about January 13, 2025, at the worksite 200 Hudson Street, Johnson City, NY 13790: The employer failed to protect employees working on a 11:12 pitch roof from falling by use of guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were exposed to 20 foot fall hazards.
