29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a- Building 3, Mount Laurel NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 24 feet 2 inches, when working from a closed A-framed ladder (resting against the exterior wall of a commerical structure) having one set of its feet resting, unsecured, on a balcony's partially sheathed floor. Condition observed on or about 01/08/25.
