29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a)Rapid Packaging Company, Inc. at 1310 West 7th Avenue, Brookings, SD 57006: On or about and at times prior to January 7, 2025, the employer did not ensure the exit route was clear and unobstructed for employees to safety exit the warehouse in the event of an emergency. This condition exposed employees to inadequate egress in the event of an emergency.
