Pamala Ann Barge and Derrick Barge Pacific: On January 01, 2025, and at times prior thereto, a suitable gangway or ramp meeting the requirements of 1915.74(c)(1) was not provided where employee(s) could step safely from the Pamala Ann Barge to the Derrick Barge Pacific. The spacing between barges was measured at approximately 3.8 feet at its widest point. This condition exposed employee(s) to falls and drowning hazard(s).
