29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Work site - On or about March 3, 2025 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 15-feet while working from concrete foundation walls and formwork without the use of fall protection.
