29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: A) GZL Corporation, 5 Lindsey Drive, North Brunswick, NJ, 08902/The employer did not train employees on the selection, inspection, cautions to personnel, effects of environment, and rigging practices covered by ASME B30.26-5.7 along with the avoidance of such hazards while utilizing the Rock Exotica Pulley system and associated rope and rigging.
