29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 18, 2024, employees working in Building 2 were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6 feet while mixing chemicals from a platform because a suitable fall protection system was not used.
