29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1):At points of hazard, construction areas were not posted with legible traffic control signs and protected by traffic control devices. a) Perram Electric, Inc. on or about November 13, 2024, near the intersection of SR 2 and Spring Meadows Dr. Holland, OH: The employer failed to ensure appropriate traffic control devices conforming to Part 6 of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices were utilized during the removal and installation of traffic lights. Employees working from a truck mounted aerial bucket over these uncontrolled active lanes were exposed to struck-by hazards.
