29 CFR 1926.1101(d)(5): As supervisor of the entire project, the general contractor did not ascertain whether the asbestos contractor was in compliance with the asbestos standard, and did not require such contractor to come into compliance with this standard: a) Charlotte High School-4115 Lake Avenue, Rochester, NY, Auditorium - On or about December 2, 2024, through December 4, 2024 - as supervisor of the entire project, the general contractor did not ascertain whether the asbestos contractor was in compliance with the asbestos standard, and did not require such contractor to come into compliance with this standard when the contractor performing Class I asbestos work when hand scraping acoustic plaster ceiling which contained 5.8% Chrysotile asbestos including requiring the establishment of a regulated area and to inform other employer's of the work with asbestos and/or PACM. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
