1910.120(a)(1) Scope. This section covers the following operations, unless the employer can demonstrate that the operation does not involve employee exposure or the reasonable possibility for employee exposure to safety or health hazards: OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that were exposed to struck-by hazards. On or about December 12, 2024 The employee was struck-by high-pressure fluid and, in turn, struck head on rig.
