29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or�labeled electrical�equipment was�not used�or installed�in accordance�with instructions�included in�the listing�or labeling. Lunchroom: On or about December 10, 2024, and at times prior thereto, several appliances such as microwave oven, water heater, toaster and an air frier were plugged into a relocatable power taps. Some of the power taps were daisy chained to each other. This condition potentially exposed employees to electrical hazards. The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1707637, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/09/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 434-695 Doyle loop Rd., DOYLE, CA 96109. The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1707342, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/09/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 159 Lawrence Street, QUINCY, CA 95971.
