29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly. On/before December 13, 2024, in the following locations, at least eight Class A fire extinguishers were not inspected monthly: a. One in the Paint Shop b. One in the Engineering Shop c. Three in the Engineering Warehouse d. Two in the Cooler/Chiller Building e. One in the Grounds Weld Shop Employees were exposed to smoke and burn related injuries from the potential fire hazards.
