29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s) Building 1405, north end: On or about December 12, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employee(s) used a Woodstock International Shop Fox Model M1113 18" Wood/ Metal Bandsaw to cut 1/8" and 3/4" thick aluminum. The band saw guard was not fully encased and not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operation. This condition potentially exposes employee(s) to amputation hazard(s).
