29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury: a) On or about December 10, 2024, at the jobsite located at 1504 Satinwood Ct, NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905: Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards while operating the Bomag Oszillation Fayat 64363 BW 161 ADO Tango, in that; the employer failed to instruct employees on the avoidance of pedestrians and other obstructions in accordance with the manual's 10 foot danger zone warning.
