29 CFR 1917.13(h): The employer did not require employees to stay clear of the area beneath overhead drafts or descending lifting gear. a) Kinder Morgan Fairless Hills Terminal, Genco Picardy Vessel - On or about December 9, 2024, trimmers were exposed to struck by hazards when the clam shell bucket descended into the vessel hold without the crane operator knowing their location. b) Kinder Morgan Fairless Hills Terminal, Genco Picardy Vessel - On or about December 9, 2024 employees were exposed to struck by hazards when operating a skid steer under the loaded clam shell bucket on the terminal dock.
