29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure the procedure and the requirement of this standard were followed: On or about December 5, 2024, and times prior to, the employer St. Francis Medical Clinic Poplar Bluff located at 221 Physician Park in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, had not conducted periodic inspections of their lockout/tagout hazardous energy control procedures at least annually to ensure procedures and the requirements of this standard were followed.
