29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. a) Located at 6546 Pfeifer Ash Drive, Canal Winchester, OH 43110: On or about December 6, 2024, employees were not protected from falling or flying objects in that protective helmets were not used while trusses were suspended overhead during installation.
