29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: (a) At building 800 on the site, located at 44500 Webbs Reserve Blvd, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33982; on or about 12/2/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that wall walker scaffolds were not inspected for defects before use prior to every shift.
