29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: a) On November 4, 2024 and times prior the controlling employer, Beniton Construction did not ensure the drywall sub-contractor protected their employees from a fall hazard when multiple mobile scaffolds were used with the wheel caster locking mechanisms not engaged or missing completely.
