29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck: a) At the work site located at Highway 127 Woodlands BLVD, Kathleen, GA: On or about December 3, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall, struck-by, and run-over hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that unauthorized persons were not allowed to ride on a JLG Telehandler forklift while employees were performing fence installation.
