29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level. a) On or about December 2, 2024, at 710 Coquina Way, Boca Raton, FL 33432, an employee painting an exterior wall from an extension ladder was exposed to fall hazards, in that, the employer did not ensure that the ladder was placed on a stable and level surface to prevent accidental displacement.
