OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Rail Track 5; Pad 2: On or about November 26, 2024, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while descending a railcar ladder while a damaged "Buck Equipment" model CDSP 404M hydraulic automobile loading/unloading ramp (serial number 1321-L) bridge gate was being operated overhead.
