29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. Basement - Hallway Outside of Carpenter Shop: The employer did not ensure that the hallway floor was kept om a dry condition as water was covering a large section of the floor due to an ongoing leak; on or about 11/22/24. The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, failure to comply will result in additional penalty of $ 1,000.00.
