29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1):The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident. The employer failed to report a work-related fatality within 8 hours. On or about 11/19/2024 at approximately 10:36 am an employee was fatally injured in a a work-related incident. The employee was formally declared dead at the worksite at 12:11 pm on November 19, 2024. The employer reported the fatality on November 20, 2024, at 12:55 PM, more than 24 hours after the employee's death was declared.
