29 CFR 1910.147(d)(3): All energy isolating devices that were needed to control the energy to the machine or equipment were not physically located and operated in such a manner as to isolate the machine or equipment from the energy source(s). a) 2176 South Front Street STEELTON, PA 17113 - an employee was conducting a tool adjustment/change on the Birdsboro End Edge Planner without controlling potently hazardous energy of the machine's tool carriage, on or about November 21, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
