29 CFR 1926.502(g)(1): A controlled access zone was not used to control access to where floor trusses were being installed. a) On or about November 19, 2024, on and around Building 2 at a job site known as both Innisbrook Apartments and Palm Harbor Apartments located at 36110 US HWY 19N Palm Harbor, FL: The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet, in that, controlled access zones (CAZ)s were not in use while employees were installing floor trusses on the 2nd story of the building.
