29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: a. At a temporary worksite located at 1008 North Central Avenue in Flagler Beach, Florida: On November 14, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards to the eyes, caused by flying particles, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees while operating pneumatic nail guns to install roofing materials.
