29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Worksite: 231 Airport Plaza Boulevard in Farmingdale, NY 11735 - Fire extinguisher was blocked by a display shelf and a box of merchandise in the dressing room area; on or about 11/14/24. b) Worksite: 231 Airport Plaza Boulevard in Farmingdale, NY 11735 - Fire extinguisher was blocked by a display shelf and boxes of merchandise on the sales floor; on or about 11/14/24. c) Worksite: 231 Airport Plaza Boulevard in Farmingdale, NY 11735 - Fire extinguisher was blocked by boxes of merchandise in the warehouse; on or about 11/14/24. d) Worksite: 231 Airport Plaza Boulevard in Farmingdale, NY 11735 - Fire extinguisher was blocked by boxes of merchandise on the sales floor; on or about 11/14/24. e) Worksite: 231 Airport Plaza Boulevard in Farmingdale, NY 11735 - Fire extinguisher was blocked by merchandise on a clothing rack on the sales floor; on or about 11/14/24.
