Cafe 111: On or about November 12, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employee(s) engaged in food preparation activities. The employer did not ensure walking-working surfaces were maintained in a safe condition. A stainless steel food preparation table was placed approximately 17.5 inches in width from the kitchen oven to the stainless-steel food preparation table. This potentially exposed employee(s) to a narrow escape route and/or burn hazard(s) associated with an open flame stove.
