29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): (3) Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) Located at 150 Fourth Avenue Mount Sterling, OH 43143: On or about November 5, 2024, the employer did not ensure the walking-working surface between the 480V electrical panels and the extruder was free of hazards in that employees were working in more than 1 inch of water that accumulated against the lower section of the electrical panel.
