OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from struck by hazards. a. The Mixing Area - On or about November 12, 2024, the pallet rack systems which are used to store pallets with barrels of materials, ISO totes and various other stored products, was not marked or placarded to identify the weight capacity of the rack system and support grates. b.
