OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a caught by hazard: On or about November 6, 2024, at the fabrication area of the jobsite located at 1160 West 13th St, Unit 10, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while operating a panel saw (i.e. SCMI- Model Sigma 90- AB87220) that did not have its pedal protected from unintended operation or inadvertent actuation.
