A) Timber reject decline conveyor for sorter located at 600 Baxley Hwy, Hazlehurst, GA: On or about 10/30/2024, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard in that a qualified person did not perform or supervise the correction or repair to secure a metal grating walking/working surface.
