29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) At or near 831 NJ 10 Whyppany NJ - Articulated Boom - Front Facade: Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 15 feet while framing the camopy of a gas station utilizing an articulated boom lift without proper means of fall protection, on or about 11/4/24 The Frey-Moss Structures, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628437, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/3/23, with respect to a workplace located at 6007 Tezel Rd., San Antonio TX.
