Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from struck0by hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by a tractor and trailer of 18 wheeler trucks. On or about November 2, 2024, at the Enterprise Partners Product L.P. facility, a Nitro-Lift Technologies employee was not protected from being struck-by moving trucks and other objects while spotting for an 18-wheeler truck that was backing up to connect to equipment.
