OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees as they were exposed to chemical hazards. On or about November 01, 2024, in the Mixing area, employees conducted maintenance on multiple pipes, actuators, and valves that did not have forms of identification, such as color coding or labels, to provide awareness of chemical substance, properties, and hazards.
