29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: Carpenter Shop: The 10-inch POWERMATIC table saw (Serial No. 99662564) used for ripping purposes, was not provided with a blade guard that adjust to the thickness of the materials being cut and remain in contact with it. Employees were exposed to amputation related injuries. The GOLD COUNTRY CASINO & Resort was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1587183, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4020 Olive Drive, OROVILLE, CA 95966.
