29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in a)Sanctuary: On or about October 30, 2024; and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 25 feet in that training was not provided to employees to recognize the hazards associated with removing or failing to installing the the manufacturer stabilizing outriggers, and attempting to move the Gennie Jack while another employee was installing lights in the ceiling.
