29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) 13518 Detroit St., Thornton, CO 80023: On or about October 29, 2024, and at times prior, as the exposing employer JCF Roofing LLC. did not ensure employees were protected from injury in that employees did not utilize a fall protection system while re-roofing a two-story house. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 10 feet to approximately 25 feet. JCF Roofing LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1723389, citation number 001, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1890 Golden Eagle Ct, BROOMFIELD, CO 80020. JCF Roofing LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684900, citation number 001, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on September 13, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6579 Uravan Ct., AURORA, CO 80016.
