OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by an excavator: a) Job site, 2201 Robinson Boulevard, McKees Rocks, PA: On or about October 29, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were kept out of the swing radius of the John Deere 350 G excavator arm and its attachment during machinery operations, exposing employees to struck by and crushing hazards.
