29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about October 21, 2024, on the west side of the project job site, employees worked near a Schwing 36-meter concrete pump truck parked within 30 feet from overhead electrical power lines rated at 14.4KV's and within the slewing radius of the boom, without the required training to recognize the hazards in their industry.
