29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: Gustavo Rodriguez is failing to protect his employees from struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented on October 25, 2024 at the job site located at 3314 Bedford Ct. (Lot #41), Wichita, KS 67226 when Gustavo Rodriguez had his employees engaged in residential roofing activities, utilizing a pneumatic nail gun with no eye protection.
