29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. a) Steel racking system and surrounding area servicing the burning table located between columns Q19 and P19 - On or about 10/15/2024, employees were exposed to caught in between and slip, trip, and fall hazards, while stepping onto a floor racking system approximately 30-inches in height, with an approximate 6-inch wide top surface, between heavy steel plates to attach crane rigging, and the employer does not provide a safe and appropriate means of access to and from this walking-working surface.
