29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: 109 Creeper Hill Rd, N Grafton MA: On or about October 23, 2024, employees who change the tote of GC Liquid Oxidizer, and employees in the area, were exposed to eye and skin injuries, and the employer did not provide within the work area a means for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body.
