OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees working alone were exposed to the hazard of being physically assaulted by store robbers using violent means during robberies. a.) On or about October 18, 2024, a sales associate employee working alone at the 7-Eleven store #41477 located at 7901 N. Council in Oklahoma City, OK. was fatally stabbed by a robber. b.) On or about February 20, 2025, a sales associate employee working alone at the 7-Eleven store located at 7901 N. Council in Oklahoma City, OK. was assaulted by an armed robber.
