29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in the activities covered by this section.: (a) Building 4 - On or about October 10, 2024, the employer had employees working in and around the 440v electrical panel for the large winder machine that was still energized and the cover door open exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
