29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): The employer did not develop and documented established procedures utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Employee(s)are exposed to struck by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about October 10, 2024, at or about 2535 10th Street, Scottsbluff, Nebraska in the back warehouse. Lockout/tag-out procedures were not developed for each piece of equipment to be locked out to include reenergizing.
