29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by ingoing nip points: a) On or about 10/06/2024 in Greenhouse 3, employees were exposed to caught-by hazards when operating the tear-out machine (Special Gigant) without guarding the point of operation to prevent employees from coming into contact with the rotating spindle.
