OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were not protected from struck-by hazards while performing job duties: On or about October 07, 2024, on the roadside southeast of 15055 Port Hudson Rd, Pride, LA; employees were not protected from struck-by hazards while felling a tree. An employee was struck by an uncontrolled, felled tree limb resulting in the death of that employee.
