29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: On or about October 7, 2024, employees performing roof repairs at 11911 I St, Omaha, Nebraska, were exposed to fall hazards in that they were working on a low slope roof with unprotected sides that had no warning lines, guard rails, or other forms of fall protection. The employees were pulling hoses up from the ground and were leaning over the roof edge. The roof eave height was 27 feet above the ground.
